Job description

We’re seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our growing sales team and drive partner and client development in the business lending space. This role is ideal for a motivated, metrics-driven professional who can balance leadership, training, and data-backed decision-making to maximize team performance and company growth. You’ll be responsible for managing a team of 8–12 sales professionals, overseeing client acquisition and partnership development, and ensuring consistent achievement of KPIs across calls, emails, and productivity metrics.

Responsabilidades:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a sales team of 8-12 members to achieve revenue and performance goals.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow partnerships and acquire new clients.
  • Recruit, hire, and train new sales team members, ensuring they meet company standards and goals.
  • Monitor daily sales activity metrics (calls, emails, follow-ups) and coach team members for improvement.
  • Track and analyze sales data, creating detailed performance reports and dashboards for leadership review.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine sales processes, incentive programs, and productivity benchmarks.
  • Foster a high-energy, goal-oriented, and accountable sales culture.
  • Stay informed on trends in the business lending and B2B markets to inform strategy.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with 2+ years in a management or leadership role.
  • Proven experience in business lending or financial services sales.
  • Strong ability to lead, coach, and inspire a performance-driven team.
  • Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site team environment.
